If you contact them by e-mail or online-support, please specify in your inquiry that your question is about a gonice.com booking and if possible include your order number.
If you have made a hotel booking and need to reach support, please contact the hotel-support offered by IAN as outlined in your booking confirmation.
If your membership is active per 2011-12-31 you will automatically be transferred to our new service boomeranger.com and start on the premium service (free of charge). Your VBP will of course be transferred over and can be used at boomeranger.com.
